Severn Dance Studio & Commercial Warehousing

MSB completed construction of three units on the site: a 10,000 sq ft commercial warehouse, a purpose-built dance studio (10,000 sq ft over two floors) for Severn Dance Studios, and a retail office space and showroom (8,500 sq ft over two floors). Working with architect CROE Architects - the design was value engineered ahead of construction, with elements of the approach informed by a previous MSB-completed building the client had viewed.

MSB's scope covered groundworks and structural steel frame construction across all three units, along with cladding. Windows and doors were installed by specialist manufacturer/contractor Fentrade, coordinated as part of the overall build programme. All three units were completed in May 2026.
