That's let us move from a fast-track 9,000 sq ft design-and-build to a 250,000 sq ft multi-unit business park without losing control of programme or quality.

This full-scope project comprised office and warehouse space for Carpigiani House, completed on a rapid programme from January to March 2025. MSB carried out all works in-house, including foundations, retaining walls, groundworks, external surfacing and internal mezzanine installation. Despite the tight turnaround, quality remained the priority throughout - with precision-built steelwork, high-spec finishes and full envelope works including doors and windows.

Does MSB manage groundworks and foundations, not just the steel frame?
Yes. Groundworks, foundations and external surfacing are delivered in-house alongside the steel frame on every industrial project, rather than subcontracted separately.
How long does a typical industrial unit or business park take to build?
It depends on scale - a 9,000 sq ft unit was delivered in three months (Carpigiani), while a 250,000 sq ft multi-unit business park ran across roughly three years (Longhope). We'll give a programme estimate once we know the size and site conditions.
Can MSB add mezzanine floors for extra storage or office space?
Yes, mezzanine floor installation is part of MSB's in-house scope on industrial and warehouse buildings.
