Transport and motor trade sites often come with the two hardest problems in construction: difficult ground and a brand specification to hit. On Bennetts Coaches' new HQ and maintenance facility, MSB transformed a brownfield site using Controlled Modulus Columns for foundation support and coordinated directly with Network Rail due to the site's proximity to the railway line. On DAF's corporate headquarters and maintenance facility, MSB delivered a 20,000 sq ft dealership to DAF's own specification within an 8-month programme.

The scope of work included groundworks, the construction of a steel-framed building, and the application of intumescent paint for fire protection. MSB also installed cladding, mezzanine floors, and power-floated floor slabs to ensure a durable and smooth finish. Additionally, internal staircases were fitted to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
