Sport & Leisure Construction

MSB designs and builds large-span structures for sport and leisure venues - engineered for high walls, wide clear spans and heavy footfall, delivered in a live campus setting.

How we help

270 Climbing Park's brief was one of the most structurally demanding leisure builds MSB has taken on: a main arena with 17-18m high walls, over 70 lines, outdoor lead and speed walls, IFSC-standard bouldering walls and a dramatic auto-belay balcony wall - built in phases inside a campus that already housed live ropes and aerial courses. MSB coordinated structural, M&E, stormwater attenuation and architectural finishes throughout to deliver a seamless guest experience without shutting the site down.
