Paragon Laundry New Warehouse & Office Development

MSB completed the new warehouse and office building on the former Paragon Laundry site in Ross-on-Wye, replacing the one lost to fire in 2022. Designed with CROE Architecture and engineers ahead of construction, it combines a 28,000 sq ft clear-span warehouse with 5,000 sq ft of two-storey offices. Our teams built it between January and July 2026. Scope covered foundations, structural steel frame, architectural blockwork, floor slab repair and refurbishment, cladding, externals and decoration, mezzanine floors and staircases, and office and electrical fit-out. Windows and doors were supplied by Fentrade.

The hipped roof is the defining feature. It draws the warehouse and offices into a single form, with the steel left on show beneath a deep canopy over the loading yard. Inside, the clear-span frame keeps the full warehouse floor free of columns.
