MSB is delivering a major two-phase 50,000 sq.ft. factory extension for Magna Specialist Confectioners, one of the UK’s leading co-manufacturers for global chocolate brands. The turnkey project includes a large underground storm water attenuation tank supporting fourteen 70-tonne chocolate storage tanks and a roof overclad of the existing 10,500m² facility to enhance temperature control and energy efficiency.

Operating within a live production environment with daily tanker deliveries, MSB is managing complex logistics to ensure zero disruption to Magna’s high-volume chocolate output. Phase 1 concludes in 2025, with full completion scheduled for 2026.
