MSB successfully delivered a 20,000 sq.ft. exhibition hall, highlighting our capability in large-scale construction. Alongside this, we installed a cutting-edge storm water attenuation system — a testament to our focus on sustainable, forward-thinking solutions that meet both environmental and operational demands.
Working to a tight schedule from October 2023 to March 2024, we navigated live site conditions during ongoing events. Through careful planning, coordination with TCAS, and efficient delivery, the project was completed on time and within budget — reinforcing MSB’s dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

" The Society appointed MSB as the contractor to build a new multi-purpose agricultural barn and exhibition hall. The project was time critical as we only have a limited window between the close of one show season and the start of the next. The resulting building is superb and was completed to spec, on time and on budget.
