The striking Gloucester-based facility features a cutting-edge service centre for modern coaches, senior management offices, an executive boardroom, and kitchen amenities — delivering a comprehensive operational solution tailored to the needs of Bennetts Coaches, all within a sleek, high-specification environment.

Challenging ground conditions required Controlled Modulus Columns for foundation support, while the site's proximity to railway lines demanded ongoing coordination with Network Rail. A reinforced underground storm water attenuation tank was also constructed, reflecting MSB’s commitment to innovative, sustainable, and regulation-compliant engineering solutions.

The chosen site for our new building for expansion is near to Gloucester train station. Local ground conditions required MSB to use a large CMC piling rig in close proximity to the busy railway line. MSB had to carefully coordinate with Network Rail, but everything ran smoothly and on schedule. MSB have been outstanding from the outset of the project and we are more than pleased with our new building
