MSB Group delivered the new Tesco Express in Brockworth through a comprehensive turnkey construction programme. Works included enabling works, deep drainage installation, service relocations, Section 278 highway works and full foundation packages across the development, alongside installation of structural steel and reinforced concrete slabs supporting the new retail building.

The build incorporated structural steel frame construction for Tesco, traditional masonry works for the adjacent KFC unit, composite roof systems and specialist glazing packages including bespoke aluminium shopfronts and curtain walling. The project was completed through coordinated delivery of groundworks, structural works and architectural detailing to create a fully operational retail facility.
